About MockReps

MockReps is an independent interview-practice product operated by Robert Hilge Manoj Danushka Stanley from Sri Lanka. It helps candidates rehearse conversations for their next role, with an initial focus on software-engineering preparation and examples for product and leadership roles too.

What you can practise

The application brings together role-specific text or voice sessions, a reusable Story Bank, and coding and system-design workspaces. You can add optional career context to focus a session, then review feedback and decide what to practise next.

The public practice pages provide examples you can use without an account. Application practice uses one-off credit packs. See the product, how it works and pricing to decide whether it fits your preparation.

What the feedback means

AI feedback is a practice aid. It can miss context or make mistakes; a score is not an employer's assessment, certification or prediction of a hiring decision. MockReps does not promise a job offer or claim affiliation with employers featured in a candidate's own preparation.

Read how feedback works for the dimensions and limitations, including a clearly fictional walkthrough.
