MockReps help before you start

Find the main purchase and practice details here without signing in. For an account-specific problem, use contact and support.

Can I try questions without paying?

Yes. The public practice page contains nine illustrative questions you can read and rehearse without an account. They are static examples, not a live AI assessment or a free paid-session allowance.

Is MockReps a subscription?

The current public offers are one-off credit packs: Interview Prep is US$24.99 for 40 credits, and Interview Intensive is US$39.99 for 72 credits. Purchased credits do not expire. Applicable taxes and the final total appear at checkout. See pricing and the terms for the current offer.

How many credits does practice use?

A short interview practice with a tailored setup and a report uses eight credits in total: one for question preparation, five for the short interview and two for the report. Each step deducts credits separately. Other credit-based tools use the same balance, so a pack is not a guarantee of a fixed number of every type of session. The pricing page explains the costs and assumptions behind its five- and nine-practice examples.

Do I need to upload a CV?

No. A CV and job description are optional context. You can start by choosing a role and level. If you supply a document, remove unnecessary personal or confidential information. Read the privacy notice before uploading.

Can I practise in text or voice?

Both modes are available in the application. Text gives you time to organise an answer; voice lets you rehearse speaking. See how a session works and the credit costs before starting.

How should I interpret a score?

Treat it as a prompt for reflection, not a pass/fail hiring result. AI feedback can be wrong and depends on the question and context. How feedback works explains the dimensions and gives a fictional walkthrough.

Who handles payments and refunds?

Paddle acts as merchant of record. Use the transaction link in your receipt or Paddle buyer support for payment-transaction assistance. The refund and cancellation page sets out the policy; this help page does not add a refund promise.

What should I send when I need help?

Use the support details on Contact. Include the page, a short description and an error reference if available. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, full CVs or confidential answers. Redact private content from screenshots. Account verification may be needed before support can discuss account-specific information.
